We're trying to help out a local nursing school whose previous service provider is currently going through bankruptcy proceedings and really need some help locating a parts manual.
It's for a Konica Minolta C659 and the error code is C2557.
Our tech already did the troubleshooting steps to figure out if it was a bad board or not and the board tested good, he just can't find the part number for the motor or whatever it is he needs.

A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...
The reason why I mentioned replacing the board was because we found two service manuals that had conflicting info. One said to run some tests to see if a board was bad (it wasn't) so we went to the instructions you posted here.
We don't have part numbers for ANY of those items so we don't know what it is to order to replace things like M12 or M14 and whatnot.
I'll get with the tech to see exactly which part he needed, but I was hoping to just send a manual his way and have him figure it out

C2557 low black toner density.
You can confirm this by checking the TNR level in CE mode. Should be around 6.5%
Most likely you need to replace the black developer unit.

We have already done this, as well as a new toner cartridge.
For what it's worth, the machine worked fine for a couple of days. It was also previously unused for MONTHS, which I'm sure contributed to its current state.

If you replaced the developer and it worked for a couple of days then coded out, the developer is probably not getting toner. This is going to most likely either mean the sub hopper has a clump in it, or the motor that drives the auger in the toner cart is not turning. I believe the motor failing would cause another code, so the hopper is most likely the culprit. See if you can vacuum out the sub hopper and then run a manual toner add in service mode and see if the hopper fills back up.
Also, are you using OEM toner? We had to use compatible on those for a while and we found that the 808 toner and the C659 black toner would fit in one another but the wouldn't work properly. Make sure it's the right cartridge.

I'm not sure what kind of toner the machine has in it, the customer had installed some new toner when we asked what kind of condition the machine was in and they did a very quick once-over.
I remember a different tech mentioning the toner hopper at some point, so that tracks with what's going on.
I'll ask the tech to vacuum out the sub hopper if he gets a chance. If it turns out to be the hopper, what is the part number for that so that we may get it replaced as quickly as possible?
EDIT: I asked the tech and vacuuming out the sub hopper was the first thing they did.

Did the hopper refill after they vacuumed it out? The part number I'm getting for the hopper assembly is A2X0R71433, though be aware that the manual I'm looking at is for the C759. They use the same carts so the part numbers should be the same.
