I was real happy with a "Metabo Power Max" (from The Woodworker's store) - two speeds with adjustable clutch; but, while I was on vacation, one of the techs 'borrowed' the tool and neglected to charge the two batteries .
I haven't found replaceable batteries yet.

i use a bosch with an extra long phillips head and a torque limiter it is pocket sized and only needs charging about once a week .average cost is $70 dollars australian.
Some of our techs have the Makita 12v, black and white colour on the outside. Those things is super light and powerfull enough. Anything lower than 12v for me is no good and it must be lithium batteries. I myslef uses porta cable 12v lithium and has been with them for three years now, same batteris and 5 days use every day. In the shop, that's where i am. like it there too.

Bosch IXO V DIY Li-Ion 3.6V Cordless Screwdriver Premium the torque unit is a separate part the driver can be used as a drill or screwdriver
The last one we got was Milwaukee M4. Battery last for days. It was light enough but not super light. It has 22 torgue ranges and a drill function. It charges real fast.
Originally we started with Panasonic but they stopped making them, so we went to Hitachi which were light but failed more often. Then an older Milwaukee and finally the milwaukee M4

2nd that! I have 4 at the shop and carry one in my bag. Been using one for years with long bit and love it. They used to be made by Hitachi bty so you might find a spare battery that way.
ryobi used to have a 4v (tek 4 hp53l) driver with torque limit adjustment(but then you didnt have to)... long been discontinued because too many ppl were using that for cabinet work... *face palm.
it was perfect for this trade.
now I use 12v dewalt screw driver, but then you have to keep the torque lower then 5 to prevent stripping.

This original post is from 2015. There is a newer post where this is discussed. I posted this Panasonic screwdriver I've used for years (see attached). Light, balanced & batt last a month. I added a dewalt magnetic bit holder with #2 jap screw bit.
Not much need for a power screwdriver now.I can do a pm on most machines without using a manual screwdriver. I do need a screwdriver to pry the panels off thou.Alot has changed over the years.I speed more time delivering toner and doing phone support than I do repairing machines.
