Hello everyone I am Howard Williams and I am from Jamaica. I have two (2) Canon machines - C9075 and a 8295.
I hope to be able to get help here in understanding and diagnosing error codes etc.
Thanks for allowing me the privilege of joining.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Hello and welcome. So just to be clear you are not a technician but want to service your own machines? There are certain things an end user can do but keep in mind if you attempt major repairs and fail it will most likely cost you more than if you just called a tech to begin with. Also many companies will not work on a machine that has been worked on by someone else. Best of luck
Hello Copyman, thanks for your welcome and advice.
You are right, I am not a technician and I actually don't work on my machines either. I have become good friends with a technician and so I seek out answers for him. Sometimes he may have to instruct me on the phone but otherwise he does the work.
Like the parts that are needed I try to source them because it is much cheaper than going through the dealer.
I'm from Jamaica and there's only ONE dealer here so it can be challenging at times.
I am a mechanic as well so I do understand machinery and how some things function.
