This is a full-time on-site role for a Copier Technician at GCS Imaging Inc., located in Maywood, NJ. The Copier Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of copier and printer equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventative maintenance, tracking inventory of parts and supplies, and providing technical support to end-users. The role also involves installing new hardware, configuring network settings, and ensuring optimal machine performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing copier and printer equipment
• Technical proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and track inventory of parts and supplies
• Proficiency in configuring network settings and installing new hardware
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Capability to work independently and on-site
• 1-3 Years Experience as a Copier Technician or Similar Role
• Relevant certifications or technical training is desirable
• Basic service tools for copiers
• Travel between NJ & NY
• Ability to work on multiple brands, Xerox, Lexmark, Konica, Ricoh Etc.
